Thank you for coming to the
Valleyfield Homeowners Association community website. Currently, we
are a community of 160-single family homes located in Holly Springs,
North Carolina. Our community was established with the first homes in
1997, and we have entered the final phase of development to bring the
total home count to 172 homes. Located less than thirty minutes south
of the state capital (Raleigh), Holly Springs is the fastest growing
town in North Carolina. Additionally, The Shelby Star newspaper
recently announced Holly Springs as the safest municipality in North
Carolina with a population of more than 10,000.
Tucked into a quiet corner of
Holly Springs, we are located less than two miles from downtown, with
numerous shopping and dining facilities within a short drive. The
community is right next to a 42-acre sports & activity park, providing
excellent walking and athletic opportunities a short distance from our
community. The community is led by the Valleyfield Homeowners
Association, Inc. whose sole responsibility is to:
-
Own, manage, maintain, and
operate the Common Areas and facilities located upon the Development
Area;
- Enforce the restrictions contained within the
VHOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and
Easements, and associated Bylaws;
- Adopt budgets and to collect assessments as
provided by said documents; and
- To make and enforce rules and regulations
go verning the Owners’ use and occupation of their property.
This website was created and is being maintained by BeachSite Designs
and content supplied by the VHOA Board of Directors. Please visit our
site often, as it will be continuously updated. We hope this serves as
an effective device to communicate the various “goings-on” in the
community, as well as providing bi-directional communications between
the Board of Directors and members. Please feel free to contact the
Board via the E-mail link provided on the website with any questions,
concerns, and comments you may have. We hope to hear from you all
soon.
