of Directors Meeting – September 6, 2006

Order of Business:
1.
Pool
Closing – Pool will close for season 9/16. Arnie to contact CPA to have them
notify the pool company. Todd to place signs on the pool gate and bulletin
board.
2.
Pig
Pickin – Will be mid-October. Board members are to email suggested dates and we
will finalize via email. The suggestion was made to investigate having it at
Womble Park.
3.
Newsletter
– Will be sent out around end of September. We will do this one by hand.

Arnie to
contact Teresa about pond/Mizelle Meadow landscaping.

look into the need to apply more mulch to the playground.

Tony will
take the lead on getting the M.F. sign going.

provide us Jay’s email.
