Minutes – VHOA Board of Directors Meeting – September 6, 2006

 

 

Attendees: President/Secretary, Arnie Sheldon

Not Present:  Vice-President, Paul Regan

              Secretary, Jay Price   

 

Order of Business:

 

1.                          Pool Closing – Pool will close for season 9/16. Arnie to contact CPA to have them notify the pool company. Todd to place signs on the pool gate and bulletin board.

 

2.                          Pig Pickin – Will be mid-October. Board members are to email suggested dates and we will finalize via email. The suggestion was made to investigate having it at Womble Park.

 

3.                          Newsletter – Will be sent out around end of September. We will do this one by hand.

          Yard/Mailbox maintenance

          Finance Meeting

          Sign Update

          Wetlands Update

 

Board members to email any other ideas. Article assignments will be made via email.

 

4.                          Arnie to contact Teresa about pond/Mizelle Meadow landscaping.

 

5.                          Tony to look into the need to apply more mulch to the playground.

 

6.                          Tony will take the lead on getting the M.F. sign going. 

 

7.                          Tony to provide us Jay’s email.
