Signed receipts for various purchases

Discussion was had between the Board about
the Community Town Hall Meeting. This was a private conversation.

Arnie will look for future Community Town
Hall Meeting places

Due to issues with the environmental
controls of the

Status of the Architectural Review
Committee
o
A proposal was made for Arnie to take over
as the Chairperson for the ARC. Arnie will be a non-voting member of the ARC. 5
votes to 0.

Discussion on the website and bulletin
board
o
It was determined that the community
approved reestablishing the bulletin board in the following format:

Two separate board will be created:

Classified Board
·
Community Members Only Board
§
The classified board will be the same
format as the previous bulletin board. Its use will be exclusively for the
members of the community to advertise services or items for sale. All other
comments will be removed from this board.
§
The Community Members Only Board will be
designed for members of the community to log in with a unique user id and
password which will be used to identify them to the entire community. Community
members will be responsible for filling out a form to submit to Joe to request
a user id and password. Joe will assign a user id and password for their
personal use. Two user ids can be requested from each household. All postings
on this bulletin board will remain up for 30 days and will not be removed
unless they are vulgar or contain legal information.

The wording on the bulletin boards will be
adjusted to specify what comments are acceptable for each board and will be
strictly enforced.

Volunteers for the various committees the
Board will be starting.
o
Several members of the community
volunteered to help the Board on various committees.
o
Joe will be starting a committee to help
with the production of the Newsletter.
o
Dori will be
leading a committee to resolve issues with the wetlands and community grounds.
o
Laura will be running a committee to
continue working on the need amendments to our Declaration.
o
Tony will be running a committee to deal
with pool and pool contract related issues.
o
The Board will be contacting those members
of the community that volunteered during the Town Hall Meeting in the next few
weeks.
