Order of Business:

We would like to have a welcoming packet to accompany pool key. This would include a copy of the covenants.

A sign will be posted to advise no sharing of pool keys. We would also like permanent signs for this and for the emergency contact information.

A survey of the pool area was done. It was noted that the men’s restroom needs a new toilet paper holder.

Dori requested the original contract for the landscaping company be reviewed.

Pig picking is still pending final proposal for June 9. Ali will be in contact with this information. It appears there are changes but this is still within budget.

Yard of the month program is pending. Need forms for pool area for nomination. Dori is to look for donations for prize or possibly have a plaque or yard sign designed.

The board discussed details of a meeting with the Town of Holly Springs regarding our Wetlands area.

Yard Sale is tabled at this time for a firm date.

Grill use at playground has been set up as a first come first serve. No sign ups are required.
