Order of Business:

The board observed the area at the pool and the following was noted: Leak in Bathroom, 1^st sink and toilet. No lights in overhang/storage area, door knob on storage door needs replacing, storage closet needs cleaning. Amy agreed to oversee Sacerio Empire in regards to the necessary fixes required at the pool.

Landscaping was observed at the pool. A new hose was purchased to replace the existing one. A soaker hose was purchased for the landscaping company in order to water on a timed schedule at the pool. Theresa and Amy agreed to plant Lilly’s and check existing plants/flowers. Proposal was requested for trees at back entrance of the neighborhood. Board has considered options for water usage for front entrance to Valleyfield at Blooming Meadows. Dori will research these options. Susan Kirk assigned to follow up with landscapers with any concerns.

Website FAQS are in need of update. Resident email requests for a more “positive, value improving representation of the neighborhood”. Amy agreed to revise the current FAQS.

Dori will consider Wetlands committees proposal for future improvements to this area. There was some discussion of a meeting with town to consider our options for improving this area. This is still in the planning stages.

ARC committee still has openings; we are still seeking applicants for this committee.

There is some confusion over the street name for Wyeth Meadows Lane. Sue Ellen will further investigate if a change needs to be made.

Web site needs update with softball registration information. Sue Ellen will be sending information over for updating.

The board agreed to meet again on May 10, 2007. Ice cream social is set for May 12, 2007 on opening day of the pool season.
