Discussion

It was agreed that the board would speak with the landscaping company to have some fall clean up done on the bushes located at the playground.  Per the neighborhood watch meeting the bushes are to full and restrict views from the street.  The bushes at the back side of the pool also need to be trimmed and the area needed to be weeded.  The bushes located at the end of the playground/pool parking lot need trimming.  The storm water drain was piled with branches and debris left from the storm and needed to be cleared.  Other items may be added to the clean up list after a drive through the neighborhood.

Conclusions

Once a drive through of the neighborhood was completed a final list will be given to the landscaping company of fall clean up items we would like done.

Topic Neighborhood Watch & Signs

Discussion

Fred Rose will coordinate with Lt. Revels to get pricing on the signs and installation of the neighborhood watch signs.  The board agreed that we should start with 4 signs (1 at each entrance and one near the pool/playground area)  The board will get pricing on a separate “No Trespassing after Dark” sign for the playground as well as a “Children at Play” sign for near the playground to help alert speeding traffic.

Conclusions

Upon reviewing the pricing the board will proceed with the most economical signs.
