Minutes – VHOA Board of Directors Meeting – March 26, 2006

Order of Business:

1. Newsletter – It was decided to go with the Apartment Pages Inc. newsletter beginning in June. Michelle to coordinate. We will send out a homegrown newsletter in April. See article assignments below.

2. Town Hall Meeting – The Town Hall Meeting will be Tuesday, April 25 at 7pm at the Hunt Center. Todd is going to make the reservation. Everyone agreed to arrange their schedules to be able to make this meeting.

3. Newsletter – Article Assignments for Newsletter. Due to Arnie by 4/7. Arnie will put them together into a homegrown newsletter.

4. New Meeting Times – We all agreed to change the meetings to Sunday evenings at 7pm except for the next meeting (see below).

5. To prepare for the Town Hall Meeting the next Board meeting will be WEDNESDAY, April 19 at 7pm. Location to be determined.
