Order of Business:

 

  1. Pool mailbox-Mailbox has been installed.  A photo of the mailbox showing it’s location at the pool gate will be posted on the website.  Forms for request for pool keys will be placed there.  All future requests for pool keys should be dropped in the mailbox provided.  
  2. Sign Entrance proposal- Reviewed proposal from David Moore with Grand Entrance and have also requested proposal from Raleigh Masonry, Inc that is pending.
  3. Website updates- Pictures of all committee members to be added to website.  Request for site advertisement through Valleyfield voice.  Pool key information also to be updated on website.
  4. Contract Review- Regarding Landscaping contract we will purchase sprinkler system for use by landscaper at pool area.  Contact CPA for quote from Parrish Services for 8 Bradford Pear trees at entrance to neighborhood (at Stinson Street).  Inquiry into lights inside pool made.  Due to $10,000 plus initial installation cost the board decides not to further this inquiry.   Winter contract for pool is currently superseded by repair contract.  Sue Ellen will direct questions to Sharon with CPA.
  5. Social and Arc committee meetings-March 15, 2007 7:00 pm at Java Divine.  April 5, 2007 monthly meeting to include ARC Committee.
  6. Newsletter- Susan to include information regarding adult social at Theresa Lewis’.  Survey for startup of neighborhood Bunko, supper club, lawn of the month, etc.
  7. Notices for Christmas decorations-Sue Ellen will contact Sharon at CPA to notify her to send notices to residents with remaining Christmas items.
  8. December payment for Website-Sue Ellen already contact CPA payment was made 3/1/07 per Sharon.
  9. Monthly meetings/Spring Party - Board decided to meet first Thursday of each month.  Next meeting is April 5, 2007.  Proposed date for spring pool party is May 19, 2007.
  10. Adult Social- The social will be at Theresa Lewis’ home March 30, 2007 7:30 pm.  This will be an adult only event.  Hors d’oeuvres provided by board.
