Order of Business:

1. Welcome of new members

a. The new members were welcomed

b. The departing Board members gave a summary of their duties and shared any relevant information

i. Laura gave a summary of the new laws affecting HOAs

ii. It was decided that Joe would remain the website point of contact

2. Vacant Seats

a. It was decided that Todd Stevens and Paul Regan would be assigned by the Board to fill the remaining two seats

3. Officers

a. Arnie was voted to be President

b. Michelle was voted to be Treasurer

c. Kate was voted to be Secretary
