of Directors Meeting –

Discuss the annual meeting on

Budget
§
We are going to show the proposed budget
for 2005 and show the actual budget for the year.
§
Submit the proposed budget for 2006 and
take a vote on the proposed budget.
§
Arnie will be bringing the hand outs for
the budget for 2005 and 2006.
§
Arnie will be obtaining our account
balances for the meeting.
§
We reviewed the budget numbers for both
budgets and will present them to the community Tuesday night.

Elections
§
Dori has the ballot box and Joe will be
making the ballots for the election. Each eligible household will have one
vote.
§
Dori will be bringing a white board to
write names down for the election.
§
At least 3 volunteers are needed to run for
the new Board, but 5 are needed to fill the Board. Three Board members can
continue to run the community, and make the decision on how or whether to fill
the remaining positions.
§
Each volunteer will be given time to state
why they should be elected. Following this, members of the community will be
given time to ask questions of the volunteers prior to the election.
