Meeting Minutes

Location: Sheila’s Front Porch (since pool and Java Divine were closed)

Meeting Facilitator: Tim Pollachioli

Committee Members that attended were Tim Pollachioli, Dawne Rager, Sheila Norrington, and Aaron Wenzel.

Old Business:

q Review of 209 Mizzelle Meadow Court Submittal –

New Business:

q The committee was not aware of any new submissions that needed to be reviewed.

New Business (Newly submitted Applications):

1. 209 Mizelle Meadow Court - Discussed the project that was approved via e-mail on 25Aug05. The project has already started and has been assigned to Tim as the expeditor.

2. Discussed the motions that were made at the meeting last month. No one on the committee has heard from the board in regards to the motions. Unless we hear otherwise, the committee will hold our next meeting according to the motion. The next meeting will be 01Nov05 at Java Divine.
