Old Business:

q Review of 105 Grassy Valley Road Submittal – This project has been completed

q Review of 200 Meadow Fox Road – Stamped brick walkway – Project not started.

q Review of 213 Mizzelle Meadow Court – Fence – This project has been completed.

New Business:

q Review of 213 Mizzelle Meadow Court – Deck – This project was approved and work has already been completed.

New Business (Newly submitted Applications):

1. Tim made a motion to approve any retaining wall that is submitted to the ARC that meets the guidelines without waiting for a meeting. Aaron seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous 5-0.

2. Aaron made a motion that submittals be divided amongst the ARC members with individual approval if the ARC guidelines are followed. If any questions arise, submittal will be held until the next scheduled meeting. The meetings will occur at the earliest convenience of all five committee members, not to exceed 30 days. Tim seconded the motion. The vote was 4 yes and 1 abstained.

3. Aaron made a motion to hold quarterly meetings the second Tuesday of each quarter (February, May, August, and November). Tim seconded the motion. The vote was 4 yes and 1 abstained.

4. We discussed changing the meeting location, because Java Divine is not open in the evenings during the summer months.

All motions need to be reviewed by the Valleyfield Board of Directors and the ARC guidelines will need to be modified.
