also present from the Valleyfield Board of Directors.
We welcomed our newest members Laura Bradley and Ken Favreau. The four of us discussed the issue of a chairperson for our committee.
We reviewed and discussed the minutes for the February 1st meeting.

1. Election of new Chair – Tim Pollachioli has
been elected as our chairperson for the ARC.
2. Fence Letters – The following houses were
identified as needing letters sent to homeowners with fences bordering the
street that have not planted natural material as per the guidelines. The list has been sent to the board, unsure
if the letters have been sent yet.
